Payment and base rules1. I will not start working on the commission until I receive payment. Payment is done via P/ayp/al or Ko-fi. If done through P/ayp/al, I'll create an invoice.
2. Please provide a clear and unshaded reference sheet of the character(s) you want drawn. If no official reference is available, multiple images of said character(s) and information provided by client is acceptable.
3. An extra character will cost extra money, depending on the type of commission and design. Price can range from $5 to $20 (sketch/headshot to shaded fullbody).
4. If anything specific is required, please mention it! Feel free to tell me to change mistakes during the time I'm working! More than 5 revisions after the artwork is done will cost $10.
5. Asking for wips throughout the process is alright, though I will always be updating the customer!

7. I work on commissions for about 5~6 hours. Monday through Friday are my working days. Saturday and Sunday are my off days (depending on if I get a job outside of art, the days will change from Saturday to Sunday being dedicated to art).
8. A refund of "Sketch commissions" is not an option. If the client would like a refund after I started working, depending on which phase I've been told to stop, the client will receive 25% to 80% of the money. Such phases include: sketching> line art> color> shading> background> finishing touches. In the event where I must cancel a commission, I will refund 100% of the money back as it is not the client's fault.

Your rights as the customer
The client has the right for personal use with the artwork they pay for with the base price. Such include:
- Profile Pictures
- Gift art or Fanart
- Printing the drawing to hang on your wall :)
- Banners
- Cover art
Clients are required to credit me in any form of reposting, on any platform, anywhere.
- The client DOES NOT have permission to use/sell my art for NFT or AI purposes/use.
- The client cannot claim my artwork as their own made product. Credit is always required.
- The client is responsible for their funds and are required to have payment ready. Client understands that Payment is upfront and through Ko-fi and/or Paypal.
- The client understands that refunds for sketches are not an option and that depending on what phase I've been told to stop my work they will receive 25% to 80% of funds back. (Such phases include: sketching> line art> color> shading> background> finishing touches) [Check rule 8 in "Payment and basic rules"]
- The client must be available to communicate on Twitter or Discord.
- The client understands that their commission may be used as part of my portfolio. If the client does not want their artwork as part of my art folder, they have to notify me beforehand.
- The client understands that I may not accept last minute commissions. If I'm given under 10 to 15 days to finish an art piece I will turn it down. (Commissions may take longer than 15 days to complete)
- If the client would like me to delay posting their commission on social media until a due date, they have to notify me.
